6 Air Conditioner Installers near Tampa, FL

Time since last system maintenance: I'm not sure.  Current issues with A/C: Yes, the A/C is not functioning normally.  A/C system make and model: Nordyne / GP3RD-048K.  Type of system power: Electric.  Location of air handler: ITS A PACKAGE UNIT.  Location of condenser and fan: Ground floor.  Type of property: Commercial.  Start of A/C services: As soon as possible.  Additional info: I rented a 2500 sf warehouse space and its up to me to install air conditioning if desired. I have been attempting to install used package units so that I can accomplish this on a budget, but obviously...My lack of experience and the fact that Im working with older out of date HVAC systems makes it a much greater puzzle.. I need someone who knows HVAC wiring, installation, repair and maintenance to give me a push in the right direction. I will perform the physical work if any is required. I'm looking to hire an HVAC consultant that is knowledgeable and can assist me with the design and installation. Code requirements wont be a concern for me or the property manager , so if that is an issue for you than we wont be a good fit. If you think you can assist Id love to hear from you... Thanks.
