She is currently being detained at the Faulkenburg Rd Jail in Hillsborough County. The major charge she is up against is Grand Theft Motor Vehicle which is felony in the 3rd. She has 4 - M1's drug paraphernalia, drug paraphernalia, cannibus under 20 grams, and trespass at the Hard Rock Casino. There are also 2 more F-3 possesion of a controlled substance and introduction of contraband to a detention center. Basically, she was living with an older man in Lakeland. He purchased a vehicle for her to use. She is listed on his insurance for both of his vehicles. She still has possessions at his home and I believe uses his address on her drivers license. Tiffany, who is banned from the Casino, was on the property with the vehicle. Since she had not come home for a couple days, the man got angry and called the vehicle in stolen. She was arrested in the Casino not in the vehicle. She was subsequently searched where they found the drugs. She was arrested and placed in the police vehicle. She never had possession of her personal belongings again. The arresting officer missed 1 xanex pill in her purse so this is where the contraband comes into play. My thoughts are that if there would have never been a false police report filed by this man and her possible location alerted to the police, none of the charges after grand theft are valid. The grand theft is in no way valid. This man purchased the vehicle for her use. That does not give him the right to control her or her actions. I am trying to obtain her personal goods now. There may be emails and or voicemails that could help in this case. At this time, Tiffany has decided to remain in Jail for the 21 days in which charges must be filed. There is one video court date of 4/3/2018 set for the trespass charge in front of Judge Conrad. Please contact me so I can get her some assistance. She has only been arraigned. No public defender has been to see her.
